Tili-instituuttisäätiö follow-up: Our cooperation improves year by year!

Tili-instituuttisäätiö works together with Taloushallintoliitto, the largest trainer and advocate in the Finnish financial administration sector. Tili-instituuttisäätiö is responsible for the financial administration qualifications: the KLT, PHT and TNT qualifications. Taloushallintoliitto is the national trade association for authorized accounting firms and consultancies providing financial administration services. Tili-instituuttisäätiö, which has run financial administration exams for decades, started working with CertyHub in 2022. Now we have already been working together for four years.

A clear division of work frees up working time

Taloushallintoliitto’s qualification coordinator Taija Makkonen says that the cooperation has developed steadily and now runs as a routine. The work has a clear structure, and the whole has improved year by year. “CertyHub’s service has made our work significantly easier because they take care of the technical side entirely. Even though I know the exam platform myself, separate technical support frees up my working time for things like developing processes and customer service.”

Makkonen feels that the cooperation makes work easier and serves the needs of an organization their size excellently. “CertyHub’s service gives us much-needed extra resources, which is a big deal for a small organization. We have more time for everything else around the exams. CertyHub is fully responsible for proctoring the exams, and afterwards we also receive ready-made exam reports from them. All of this frees up time for working with our customers,” Makkonen says.

According to Makkonen, the best parts of the cooperation are communication and how smoothly things run overall. “The service is smooth and the cooperation uncomplicated. We especially appreciate that our contact person Sonja proactively remembers things and reminds us about them. It’s been nice and a relief to know that everything is under control. CertyHub offers help on their own initiative. Sonja herds us with a relaxed touch,” Makkonen laughs.

Overall, Makkonen’s experience of the cooperation is very positive: “Communication is easy, and there is flexible time for meetings. Based on this, I would definitely recommend the service to others too! I would recommend it especially to organizations that need help with the technical side and don’t have the opportunity to hire someone in-house. For us, this has been a very effective solution!”
